Loving someone is difficult.

Is there a way to still love someone, but not be friends with them?
I’m tired of being pushed around.
I have all this anger and I can’t let go.

Why are the commandments of Jesus so difficult to live by? 

It’s difficult to love. 
I simply don’t want to. 

Matthew 5:39
“But I say, do not resist an evil person! If someone slaps you on the right cheek  offer the other cheek also.” 

Matthew 5:44
“But I say, love your enemies! Pray for those who persecute you!”
